Exporting to a Bluetooth Device

To export a recording to a Bluetooth device drag the file onto the Bluetooth button in the library or select the recording and click on the Bluetooth button. Your Bluetooth device must be in "Discoverable" mode before exporting a recording the first time.

To export to a Bluetooth device:

  1. Before exporting the first recording to that device the device must be set to "Discoverable" mode. Once a connection has been made the device can be connected to using the History menu or using a Shortcut.
  2. Select the recording to be exported.
  3. Click on the Bluetooth button, or drag and drop the recording onto the Bluetooth button.

    Dragging the recording onto the Bluetooth button will open the Bluetooth Shortcuts popup menu.

  4. Navigate to the destination directory.

  5. Click on Send and the recording will be sent to the chosen directory on the Bluetooth device.

The connections for this export can be saved as a Shortcut. Just click on the Add as Shortcut... button in the lower left. Name the Shortcut and it will appear in the Bluetooth Shortcuts popup menu the next time a recording is dragged onto the Bluetooth button.

Note: To open the Bluetooth Shortcuts popup menu, the recording must be dragged onto the Bluetooth button.
